TABLE SETTING GENERATOR

gal

These setpoint generators provide an analog signal (0–4–20 mA or 0–1–5–10 V),
enabling manual control of a machine or system. Certain models allow for the
transition from an external setpoint (supplied by a PLC, for example) to the local setpoint.
Depending on the model, the local setpoint can be adjusted via a potentiometer (single-turn or multi-turn) or via
pushbuttons.
The GAL48BP and GAL96D allow simultaneous generation of a setpoint and display of an analog input measurement
(for example, a measurement related to the feedback of a generated setpoint)
Some versions are equipped with soft-start functionality, rise-time limiting, a preset start setpoint, or setpoint limiting. There are also versions with switchable or preset multiple setpoints.

1 red LED per channel « » line disconnected, no load » »
1 inhibit switch per channel
1 summary/watchdog relay output

• On- and off-state control via injection of a constant control current (0.3 mA)
: wide permissible load range (from 10 mA to 2 A)

• Analog technology for enhancing functional safety
• Functional safety level: SIL2 / SIL3 according to IEC 61508

• Applications
Load monitoring for safety devices (siren, horn, strobe light, rotating beacon)
Continuity testing for indicator lights
The DCL105-8 is a monitoring module that verifies the presence of loads at the end of the line by injecting
a monitoring current. The front-panel status LEDs allow for quick diagnostics of the installation and
identification of any faulty channel.
A status relay enables remote transmission of the output status and functional testing of the module.
Application:
The DCL105-8 module is inserted directly between an existing relay interface and the loads to be controlled (siren, indicator light, horn, etc.)
