Bourgeois REGU050

The REGU050 (REGU 051) is a heating controller that operates in "on/off" mode.
The input signal from a thermocouple is compared to an internal setpoint (set via the front-panel potentiometer); the result controls the relay at the "heating" output. A "ventilation" relay output activates as soon as the setpoint exceeds 90°C, allowing
ventilation of the oven's electrical circuits.
